  Stayed for a week. Property is very well located in easy walking distance of everything downtown, and couldn’t be closer to the city’s free shuttle system. Two off street parking spaces, ground floor unit in old Savannah house that still retains some of its charm. Property management was very responsive to a couple issues we had. Kitchen has everything you need. Master bedroom large and comfortable. Second bedroom on the small side and bed not as comfortable in comparison.   The rental was very clean and perfect location.
  The second bedroom is not really a second bedroom. It did not have a closet and it was hard to keep cool. The fan on the dresser was used each night. The ice machine was overflowing and there was freezer burn on the ice cubes. The Clorox wipes had one left upon arrival and could have had a new container in house. It was hard to find the parking due to the one-way streets. Our overall stay was nice, and we would stay here again. We enjoyed the hop on and hop off trolley tour. We attended Smiles the piano bar one night and enjoyed all of our meals at the restaurants we ate at.

  Absolutely perfect location!! Walking distance to everything. The home was perfect for me and my parents, 2B/2B, living space, kitchen, and dining space. I considered bringing my children (6 & under) and I’m glad I did not. I’m sure they would’ve broken something, so I do not recommend for young kids. Just my opinion. Last thing is that on Saturday night, it must have been busy around town because I heard sirens about 5 times through the night and therefore did not sleep well, but I am a light sleeper. This location is by a main street. And it is a drinking town. BUT.......this would not deter me from staying here again. I truly enjoyed it. The home is lovely and again, location, location, location.

  This was our first trip to Savannah and we stayed in the perfect apartment for us. My husband’s health demanded no stairs and short walks to restaurants. This unit met his requirements. But there’s more! This place is beautiful and comfortable and wonderful. We probably spent more time inside than the typical tourist, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our surroundings. The only criticism was that the fitted sheet didn’t fit. The mattress was super thick and very comfortable but the sheets were not made for a super thick mattress. Even with that... and the occasional stomps from the units above us, we would absolutely rent this apartment again. It is beautiful and charming and comfortable, lacking nothing.

  This is the second time we stayed in this garden apartment. We loved both of our stays. The apartment puts you in the historic district, just off Wright Square. You are within walking distance of all the history! The kitchen was outfitted with all our needs and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. I really don't want to leave a great review because that will make it harder for us to stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment. The huge plus is there are two parking spaces in the back. Once you park your car, you can just leave it.

  21 York Street is a long time favorite of ours and it did not disappoint on our last stay. We wanted a place where we could stay in if we wanted to (due to Covid) and 21 York was a cozy and comfortable spot to cocoon.   Let me start by saying that overall we were fairly pleased with the place. Location was great and we literally didn’t drive all week bc everything was so close we could walk- LOVED that. Now the negative- the sleeper sofa was the worst I have ever seen/felt and completely unusable. Our teenager barely slept the first night. It was so bad the next day we actually went to Target and bought an air mattress for the rest of our stay; also had to buy pillow cases bc none available for the extra pillows for the sleeper sofa (total $200 extra we had to spend). The bathroom closest to the kitchen has awful drip staining on every visible wall- made that bathroom feel unclean and just yucky overall. The kitchen faucet was also barely hanging on- though did work throughout our stay thankfully. Management notified of all upon arrival. They did respond promptly that they received the message but nothing was done about any of it. The space could be fabulous but def needs some maintenance/upkeep/replacement/stocking of linens and a good, deep cleaning. We still had a wonderful week in Savannah, love the whole area!

  I was visiting my daughter at SCAD. this location is fantastic! You are walking distance to most everything and the two parking spots are a great feature. The unit was as described, clean, private and well stocked. During the day there is an office upstairs and you can occasionally hear footsteps but it is not too loud and not an issue at all. The management was very accommodating easy to work with for the reservation and a early request.

  My family of 6 enjoyed this cute place and never had to use the van while we were there. It was in the middle of everything. We had a wonderful stay, the beds were amazing (fold out bed was for the kids and they didn't complain either). I would stay again if I visit this beautiful city in the future.

  We are a family of 5, and we spent two night in Savannah on our way to NC. The apartment was impecable, super clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was great as well. All the furniture was really nice and in perfect condition, showers worked perfect, and the parking lot was perfect for us as we were driving our super long pick up truck + a bike rack, so the double tandem parking lot was more than perfect!!!

  This is the perfect spot. We park in our reserved spot when we arrive and rarely leave as everything we like to do is in walking distance. We walk to the riverfront for breakfast before the crowds arrive, grab a lite lunch to eat in the apt, and enjoy a nice dinner off one of the many squares. We've stayed in this unit at least five times and it feels like home. Now if we could only figure out how to get that amazing king size bed back to Atlanta.

  We loved this place. We booked it for a few days to just isolate and relax. It was so comfortable a d cozy and we felt refreshed staying there. I will say parking is kind of cramped. And a lot of the roads around the rental are one ways and not all of them are easily identifiable. Everything is in decent walking distance including river street. To avoid parking and traffic hassles we walked everywhere. It's got so many great restaurants within walking distance.

  The house was in a great location, within walking distance of everything in the Historical Savannah area. Parking came with the house which is a bonus for the area. I did have a couple of questions during the stay and the owner was very responsive.For those with EV's there were a couple of garages within blocks with L2 free charging (3 hour max/ 1$ an hour to park- just keep moving to different garages). Always lots to see and do in Savannah.

  It is quite a great location. Right down the street from Zunzis, one of the local favorites! Great amenities and a deep parking spot behind the building that could probably accommodate 2 smaller cars!   Our stay was interrupted by sewage blockage apparently affecting not just our rental but others due to city issues
  Cora Bett got plumber and house cleaners out on New Year’s Eve ASAP but about 6 hours our rental had no water for showering or flushing leading to New Year’s Eve. Rental agency handled it great and just a tough situation especially given the timing.
  
  The beds were great but the living room could’ve had more comfortable seating
  The kitchen was updated and quite nice. I enjoyed the master shower design.

  This cute apartment is located at a perfect location! We were within walking distance of everything. The river front, shopping, restaurants, historical buildings and of course the beautiful squares.
  The apartment itself is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos but this did not have any effect on our stay. Just an FYI. The back bedroom (queen) is very bright at night with the street lights located outside the window and only a blind to block it out left a lot of light shinning through. The beds were very comfortable but the living room furniture was not so much. The shelf unit in the living room has a leg missing and is leaning against the wall. I would suggest to the homeowner that it may be time to update the living room furniture. The bedroom furniture is also in rough shape. The front bathroom has a towel rod that appears to have been fixed more than once and will not hold a wet towel.The apartment was clean for the most part. We did notice the back hall closet had dirt swept into it but not picked up and the refrigerator was not wiped out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except for dish towel and cloth. None of this will stop us from staying here again. Simply our opinion and observations.

  21 E York is an extremely comfortable, attractive and perfectly located for visiting Historic Savannah. Only a few blocks from the riverside, from historic squares and homes and many, many delicious food offerings. And despite its central location, it is very quiet and private.
  
  21 E York has a full kitchen with comfortable table. The living room is bright, gracious and also very comfortable - a great place to enjoy conversation with fellow-travelers. The Master bedroom is cozy with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is bright with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms are very up to date and clean. All of the furnishings are new, attractive and welcoming.
  
  We spent 3 days walking throughout the historic district of Savannah enjoying the beautiful squares, took a riverboat cruise, explored several of the historic homes and sampling amazing food at The Olde Pink House and 45Bistro.
  
  Highly recommend a stay at 21 E York when you are next in Savannah.

  You can't beat this location. The pros: It is in the epicenter without having to walk too far in any direction for great food, shopping or bars. The downside is we stayed in the back bedroom and the hinge on the door was broken and you had to pick up the door to open and close it. There were also some clothes left in the closet from the guests before us. However, we weren't there much except to sleep and in the end we would stay there again because of the location. It also has a parking spot off street so you don't have to worry about the street sweepers or paying the meter.

  This was our first time in Savannah and it was perfect for 4 adults. Shopping, restaurants, parks, River Street, etc were all within short walking distance. Very impressed! This place has old world charm, but was redone & new. They did a great job with design. Parking spots were a little bit of an issue and it was a little bit hard to find the location at first, BUT the Manager stepped in and took care of everything immediately. We will be back!
