  We enjoyed our stay here in Savannah, GA. The property was located within walking distance of several great places to see/eat, and only a short drive from many more. Only complaint is that the shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned as there was hair on the shower wall from a previous tenant we assume.

  The location is wonderful however the conditions of the rental were not good, it appeared dirty. The patio was filthy and unable to be used, the furniture was torn with sheets covering them, the carpet were dirty and stained. Loved the location but would not recommend due to unkept condition.

  The location was perfect for our events in Savannah. The apartment was well stocked with anything you need and the parking was easy with the garage and off street parking (best you can find in historic SAV). Corabett is always so easy to deal with and very accommodating to their guest, their customer service is top notch.
  I would suggest that the owner pull up carpeting in master bedroom and replace seating in the living room. Everything was so clean and nice and those two things pulled down the over all feel.

  Property was as described. Very clean. Loved the location! Management was easy to get a hold of. The only problem we encountered was our Dodge truck could not fit in the garage. Luckily, there was street parking available right behind garage and apparently did not need a parking pass because it was the weekend.

  From the moment you turn on the street and see the beautiful homes you knew this is going to be a great place to see Savanna. The home was large with two bedrooms. Although we did not cook there, we did have a coffee pot for plenty of coffee to start our day. And let's not forget we have our own garage to park the car.   Location: Fantastic! Cute clean and comfortable condo. The beds were VERY comfy, kitchen adequate. The master bedroom needs new carpet. Smells a bit doggy and the stains I believe are beyond shampoo able.We loved walking amid the beautiful architecture to Forsythe Park and all of the restaurants nearby, and we did walk to the river .(blocks are very short, so don't let the map scare you, it's not that far). We loved walking to the Savannah coffee roaster for breakfast!

  Perfect location! We could walk everywhere. Condo was clean and comfortable. It is a garden apartment so it may not be great for light sleepers because you can definitely hear the family upstairs. I would recommend replacing the towels in the bathroom, they were old & worn.

  We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, well decorated and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need. We loved having the garage space. Because this home is in a great location, we were able to park the car and walk all around the historic district, down to Plant/Riverside, and explore the parks and squares. We only drove two of seven days. There is a shared back patio space that was great for some work time and plenty of shade. There are restaurants, museums, and tons of historic homes and mansions in the same area. A nice added touch was having a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets to use. It was nice not having a bunch of laundry to take home! Savannah is a beautiful city and this home fit in well. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and the company responded in less than 5 minutes. The issue was resolved within a couple hours. We were very comfortable there and would recommend this place to others.

  We liked our room and location was nice for walking around downtown Savannah. The unit had decent space and parking in a private garage in back was a plus. But unit was a little dark being a basement unit and felt like a generic rehab with fixtures from Home Depot. We originally reserved a different unit with more charm but we were moved to this one due to maintenance issues. Speaking of which, the shower head leaked badly and there was no shower curtain liner. The kitchen faucet was also loose and no one bothered cleaning the outside furniture that was caked with bird **** and pollen so we did not use the outside courtyard.
