  This is a very spacious, adorable place to stay in Savannah. It is within walking distance of all of the squares and has private off street parking.
  We loved the private outdoor garden space! It was easy to find, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! It is also located within apex 3 blocks of the gorgeous Savannah Riverwalk. Close to everything!

  The house is at a perfect location. It's right down the street from excellent shopping areas and restaurants, and far enough away from heavy party areas that it's quiet at night. Nothing is more than a 10 or 15 minute walk. The rental was very tidy, with helpful goodies (the laundry supplies helped immensely). The rental process went extremely smoothly. The dedicated parking spot was great to have as well. If I had to critique anything, I would say the wifi could be a little better, and the bricks outside of the house could use some levelling. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay!

  The location of this rental is outstanding. It's in walking distance to so many restaurants and local sights. The parking spot that is included is worth it.   We have stayed at 321 E Congress Garden Apt several times. The location is perfect and being on a square is a bonus! The apartment is always clean and cozy. It's great for a couple or a solo traveler. The aprtment has everything you need for a short or extended stay. We love it!   I could not pick a better location to stay while in Savannah. We had the park across the street that made it so easy to walk the dog and we were only a couple blocks from Bay Street and the river, walking was easy to accomplish safely. The brick floors gave me peace of mind that my dog couldn't damage them and it helped keep the apartment cool. The only complaint I had was that the back gate was finicky, specifically the keypad. Thank you for getting maintenance out so quickly to change the battery in the smart lock on the front door! Much better than staying in a hotel, in my opinion.

  This was a month long rental. Location was very good. Upon checking in we found the apartment needed additional cleaning which Management addressed promptly. Since the unit was on lower level we heard noise from the walking, running from upper unit. Concern was brought to Management and was addressed as best as possible.
  Brick walkway from rear door to parking was uneven and possible tripping/fall hazard.
  Parking in rear was a big plus along with washer and dryer. Kason from Management was a great help and pleasant. We had no issues with internet.. Sufficient linens were supplied for our extended stay. restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance... We were only a couple of blocks from the river. Street noises at night took some getting use to.

  Our stay at 321 E Congress was delightful. We traveled with out senior chihuahua, so being on Warren Square was perfect for us. We certainly couldn't beat the location in proximity to the riverfront and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and charming. You could smell pet urine after a couple of days but I think it was in the living room rug, and that is to be expected in a pet friendly rental. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay in our favorite town!

  It is all about location with this property. Just can't beat how close it is to the major Savannah sites, walking distance to nearly everything which made it really convenient since we had our dogs. We didn't have to move our car once, but if you do decide to venture outside the immediate area you are covered with a private parking spot. This property is on the ground floor so there is a little bit of noise at night from people walking and vehicle traffic but that is to be expected since it is right in the downtown area. We didn't cook since we only stayed two nights but there's a stove and plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils and a full size fridge for groceries if you choose to do so. Check in and check out was very easy.

  This garden apt. is wonderful in every way for the solo traveler and a couple. Clean, roomy, with a park steps out the front door. Easy blocks to the river with lots of shops and food. Great for a dog owner. Leopolds just down the street. Roomy, with a wonderful semi-private courtyard in the back for coffee and cocktails. This will not be my last visit here. Dimitri with customer service was top notch. Very patient and helpful.

  Location, Location, Location! Fantastic garden flat in close proximity to everything in the historic district. We travel with our West Highland Terrier frequently, so this location next to Warren Square and the private courtyard was perfect for us.   This was our second time to stay in this unit. We know the owner who lives above the unit. When we arrived there was no toilet tissue in the unit, it had not been vacuumed very well and there was a lot of dog hair, and there was moldy bread in the cabinet. Luckily there is a CVS close by to purchase tissue. There is a vacuum cleaner in the unit and a quick vacuum took care of the dog hair. We tossed out the moldy food. After that it was a great week for us. We enjoy Savannah and will return for another visit.
