  We had a 4-day trip for our first visit to Savannah. We selected this place for the proximity to River Street, and because it offered off-Street parking. We were also looking for a pet-friendly unit, since we wanted to bring our pup with us. The unit was just what we needed for our stay. We would definitely choose this unit again for a future visit. The only reason I didn't give all 5-stars is due to the condition of the back brick pavers courtyard. The bricks could be hazardous for someone with mobility challenges, but for us it would not affect our choice to return.

  This rental is all about location, location, location and it comes with a parking spot which is huge!! It is about a 6 - 8 minute walk to the waterfront with restaurants and shops. The location is what makes this rental worth it. However, some things to note: When you walk in the front door you immediately see a staircase with a baby gate across. The staircase leads up to the apartment above and they have an access door to your unit. This was very creepy. I contacted the mgmt co & was assured this unit has total privacy & the folks upstairs never use that door or staircase. And yes, we had total privacy. The unit is very nice and spacious. Off the kitchen was a courtyard which we loved. The kitchen was well equipped but there were no dish towels so I used a towel from the bathroom. The kitchen table was fine but the chairs around the table need to be fixed or replaced. Out of the 4 chairs, 2 were fine to sit on. One of the chairs had broken slats & the other chair had a nail sticking up out of the cushion which we sat on!! I left a note on the chair and marked where the nail was. The bedroom was quite spacious but they need to fix the bedframe. It is the squeakiest bed we have ever slept on. Every time you turn or move, the bed squeaks. All night long you hear this!! We tried to adjust the frame ourself but it still squeaked. So, If you are looking for location and a parking spot, which we were, this is great. If these other issues were would be so much better.

  Home is obviously very old but was comfortable and cozy and included everything to feel like a home away from home. Right on hop-on, hop-off bus route which was nice. Waled to River Street activities and many other bars, shops and eateries. Cora Bett Thomas provided perfect communication ahead of and during our 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend Corret Bett Thomas and anyone considering 321 E Congress location. Wonderful experience all the way around which really helped us enjoy Savannah.

  This is a very spacious, adorable place to stay in Savannah. It is within walking distance of all of the squares and has private off street parking.

  The house is at a perfect location. It's right down the street from excellent shopping areas and restaurants, and far enough away from heavy party areas that it's quiet at night. Nothing is more than a 10 or 15 minute walk. The rental was very tidy, with helpful goodies (the laundry supplies helped immensely). The rental process went extremely smoothly. The dedicated parking spot was great to have as well. If I had to critique anything, I would say the wifi could be a little better, and the bricks outside of the house could use some levelling. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay!

  I could not pick a better location to stay while in Savannah. We had the park across the street that made it so easy to walk the dog and we were only a couple blocks from Bay Street and the river, walking was easy to accomplish safely. The brick floors gave me peace of mind that my dog couldn't damage them and it helped keep the apartment cool. The only complaint I had was that the back gate was finicky, specifically the keypad. Thank you for getting maintenance out so quickly to change the battery in the smart lock on the front door! Much better than staying in a hotel, in my opinion.

  This was a month long rental. Location was very good. Upon checking in we found the apartment needed additional cleaning which Management addressed promptly. Since the unit was on lower level we heard noise from the walking, running from upper unit. Concern was brought to Management and was addressed as best as possible.
  Brick walkway from rear door to parking was uneven and possible tripping/fall hazard.
  Parking in rear was a big plus along with washer and dryer. Kason from Management was a great help and pleasant. We had no issues with internet.. Sufficient linens were supplied for our extended stay. restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance... We were only a couple of blocks from the river. Street noises at night took some getting use to.

  Our stay at 321 E Congress was delightful. We traveled with out senior chihuahua, so being on Warren Square was perfect for us. We certainly couldn't beat the location in proximity to the riverfront and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and charming. You could smell pet urine after a couple of days but I think it was in the living room rug, and that is to be expected in a pet friendly rental. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay in our favorite town!

  It is all about location with this property. Just can't beat how close it is to the major Savannah sites, walking distance to nearly everything which made it really convenient since we had our dogs. We didn't have to move our car once, but if you do decide to venture outside the immediate area you are covered with a private parking spot. This property is on the ground floor so there is a little bit of noise at night from people walking and vehicle traffic but that is to be expected since it is right in the downtown area. We didn't cook since we only stayed two nights but there's a stove and plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils and a full size fridge for groceries if you choose to do so. Check in and check out was very easy.

  Location, Location, Location! Fantastic garden flat in close proximity to everything in the historic district. We travel with our West Highland Terrier frequently, so this location next to Warren Square and the private courtyard was perfect for us.   This was our second time to stay in this unit. We know the owner who lives above the unit. When we arrived there was no toilet tissue in the unit, it had not been vacuumed very well and there was a lot of dog hair, and there was moldy bread in the cabinet. Luckily there is a CVS close by to purchase tissue. There is a vacuum cleaner in the unit and a quick vacuum took care of the dog hair. We tossed out the moldy food. After that it was a great week for us. We enjoy Savannah and will return for another visit.
