  The apartment is near enough to all the excellent spots to visit on the free bus, and some nice delis near by. It was well price, well stocked, clean, comfy, and convenient. There is a tall staircase entering the apartment, and the thermostat is hard to find (in the glass door cabinet.) We would certainly stay there again, Cora Bett was fine,and Savannah is fabulous.

  This carriage house was well equipped for a long weekend visit to Savannah for me and my partner. The location was very close/walkable to many different parts of the city. The rental agency also was very helpful in kindly shipping an item back to us that we left in-unit at the end of the stay (thank you!) Our only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable and seemed like it was sagging significantly in the center. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

  The place is in a good locations within Savannah. There are some factors that aren't great but are workable, parking is not available at the location, but we had no issue locating free and cheap paid parking very close by. The place was clean and getting into the place was easy. For drawbacks, the check out process isn't great, and didn't work in the app or online for us so we called just to make sure the agency knew we were out in time. Additionally, the TV in the living room is like the first smart TV in history, it's version of Netflix was so old that I thought Netflix was doing a throwback menu, but then I tried to open Hulu and the TV said Hulu no longer made versions compatible with that TV. Also, the couches are just how they look in the picture which is to say...well used, not bad, but they are definitely "end of life". This is not to knock the place, it was a decent place at a fair price, I would seriously consider staying here again.

  The Carriage House was a great little place to stay. It was clean, smelled good and had about everything you would need for a stay and probably more!
  
  The only drawback for me, and this was in the instruction - so it wasn't a surprise, was the fact that you have to park a street over. Having just purchased a new truck and being in a place I had never visited - it wasn't ideal. But it seemed like a safe was quiet and fully residential. During the week there is pay for parking - but free on the weekends.
  
  This would be the only reason I gave 4 stars about being happy with the property location instead of 5.

  We enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed by a very helpful gentleman who gave us very useful information. Just a few things, not living in the city I had no idea what “street parking” meant. I assumed it meant no driveway so you’ll have to parallel park in front of the house. No street parking means park one or two streets over or where ever available. I also like to give a once over clean before departing, but the rental didn’t have any cleaning supplies.( broom or mop) The home is on the smaller side just an honest opinion. While the top of the bed was soft, it was a very loud and squeaky nights rest. Again, no huge complaints just an honest review. My daughters and I had an amazing stay, after all, the house was mostly for sleeping and showering. We will be back to Savannah very soon and would absolutely stay here again!

Those we met in the neighborhood were so very friendly and informative. Quiet area for the most part. And yet we walked to the river front, ate at restaurants close to the water, off the beaten track. Took the Hop on and off trolley. Disappointed we didn't see any ghosts on our night time tour.

  We stayed in this lovely hidden carriage house in October of last year. What an absolute find.
  We were in the historic district but tucked away in cozy private carriage house away from the center of all of the noise. I can’t say enough about this companies care we received. We had to switch to an earlier flight at the last minute due to weather and they allowed us an early check in and after a long flight we get to the carriage house and they have everything set up waiting on us. We were provided with maps, suggestions, history book explaining what each square was named and why. We will be coming again and hope to stay in the carriage house again.

  The apartment was great for our needs and definitely more convenient than a hotel. Walking distance to the historic district and riverfront. We were able to park free on Liberty St and easily walk through the parking lot to the apartment. In addition, the street lighting on Liberty Ln was great and we had no fears of walking up to the apartment at night.
  The only dislike was the bed mattress. It was to hard and caused backaches and sore neck.
  I STRONGLY encouraged the rental owner to replace the bed mattress.
  But yes! E will definitely use this property again.
