The second story has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a private porch and ocean views, and the second bedroom has twin beds. Amenities include off-street parking, outdoor shower, grill, pull out couch, and high speed Internet.

  My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The unit was clean and I couldn't have been more happy with the management company. We had no hot water which we didn't notice until the next morning and the management company had someone come right out and by that afternoon we had a new hot water heater. The only complaint is that the queen bed upstairs is VERY HARD. Also the awning outside the bedroom window flapped loudly all night from the wind. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. Both of these things can be fixed. I would stay here again if they resolved these two issues. (the cream color awning that has no function is the one that is under the striped awning )

As for a few suggestion to improve here is a few: The main bedroom bed is very firm, for us softer would have been better, When both showers were in use we would run out of hot water, possibly a larger tank, then a few hangers in each closet would have been nice. But we really enjoyed our vacation at your place and will be back one day for sure.

  We loved the location of the house. Quick walk to the beach and the balconies were great to sit out on and take in the view. The management company was very responsive and provided all information needed. Check in and check out was seamless. They also provided most anything you would need for your stay. You can tell the furniture and accents are a bit worn, but still comfortable. The attention to detail in the cleanliness department could use some work, especially considering the price of the cleaning fee on the rental. Major surfaces seemed clean, but toothbrush holder had grime all in it, mirrors were not wiped clean, chair legs with a lot of dust - mostly the things that do not get touched as often could use a little more TLC. We did really enjoy our stay.

  This home was roomy for the two of us. We had difficulty finding it because it was dark when we finally arrived. The parking would have been difficult for some because of the angle and the two cars parked in front of the space. We did not contact the owners for anything because nothing was critical or urgent. It’s an older home but you can tell that it’s attended to my spare parts and batteries in the closets. The home could have been cleaner, there was dog hair and human hair throughout. There were some bugs (1 large roach and 2 silverfish) but I thank God that was shared after we left so I wouldn’t freak out!
  We enjoyed the location being by the beach and still very walkable to shopping and everything else. The temperature in the home was very comfortable since it was a very cold week. The bed was comfortable also. We were not able to figure out how to turn on the lights outside of the door and the door was difficult to close and lock. Thanks for the monopoly game. It was fun! We had a great relaxing anniversary week overall.

  The house was perfect for us and the location ideal. There was some construction going on at the end of the main access to road the first couple days (and nights) which was not pleasant at all with heavy machinery running and workers talking (mostly cussing) but we survived it. The views are amazing from the decks. The house is very bright with natural light and came with all the amenities. That was a pleasant surprise for a rental. We’d use this Rental Company again if they’ve rentals available where we’d be going next time. They are professional and prompt. I gave 4 stars to cleanliness just because it’s a pet friendly home and anyone who has furry kids know it’s near impossible to have a spotless house:). We thank you for a great experience.

  We enjoyed our stay at this unit. We have stayed mid-island and north island. This location is very close to the beach with ocean views. Top deck provides more unobstructed views than the bottom deck. One downside is you can’t see the sunrise due to the house next door. During busy times the public beach access lot right next to the unit is loud and provides a lack of privacy. Inside was decorated well. We found the kitchen to lack some necessities if you plan to cook meals. No can opener, wine opener, sharp knives or kitchen shears. Staff was easy to communicate with and check-in and out was convenient.

  This is a nice place to stay. You can't beat the location-- you can walk into town where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The place is clean. Small details could be improved (bbq, skylight, smell/feel of sisal carpeting), but overall a very funtional place! I would recommend bringing a blanket. Although the heat/air work great, I wanted to sit on the wonderful balcony overlooking the beach, and a throw would have made it much better. There are no extra blankets for the beds either. Still, this is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Tybee.

It is a bit dated inside, however it is still nice/comfortable and we feel the value was appropriate.   Loved the location of the property looking out at the ocean and short walk right onto the beach. The house is nice and overall we really enjoyed it. The cleanliness was not the best. Even though the property is cleaned when each guest leaves, it really needs a good deep cleaning throughout on occasion especially washing the furniture covers and throw pillows and cleaning behind the furniture. Having a small dresser w a mirror in the 2nd bedroom would be a big plus also. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, especially spending time lounging on the decks watching the water and feeling the ocean breeze.

  We had a great two weeks on Tybee. The view was awesome. We love the rental layout with the added 1/2 bath on the main floor. There was an issue but the upstairs air conditioning. Cora Bett Thomas associate worked with owner to fix the issue as soon as possible. The problem was resolved in a timely manner. There are a few routine maintenance issues that need addressed like the kitchen faucet, outlets and a good thorough cleaning otherwise the rental was a great location and a nice unit.

  The cottage was beautifully done in the view was spectacular. Furnishings were comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was well furnished. My only suggestion would be to put instructions on how to use the televisions. We never figured that out but we didn’t need television anyway. It was a lovely short vacation and we would definitely return.

  The best thing about this rental is the location and the views. It was a nice place to stay however it is in need of some minor updates, some of the furniture was a little worn. We enjoyed our trip very much and no more time then we spent in the rental it was a good choice.

  Perfect location- steps from the beach. Great views from decks. Comfortable and clean home. Note: the home is a duplex, the rental is the right side in the picture. The home is plenty spacious for a family of 4. No one was in the other unit when we were there - it was very quiet - as was the beach. It was almost as if we had a private beach. But this end of the island is where all of the kite surfing action is - beautiful to watch. Property mgmt very responsive and great communication.

  We really enjoyed our stay everything was so nice and clean, couple things needs to look into I had to blow dry my hair down stairs your outlets does not work in the upstairs bathroom and the landscaped is all grown up but we still love it and thank you

  The beach house was exactly as advertised; there were no unwelcome surprises. I was very satisfied with the house's proximity to the beach; it is only a few steps away! The views are great: the beach is clearly visible from both the lower deck and the upper balcony. You can hear the surf from the house, which is wonderfully relaxing. Another big selling point is the house's adjacency to downtown Tybee. All the shops and restaurants are only blocks away, so when you've had enough sun and sand, you can go for a nice walk, grab a bite, and maybe a souvenir. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!
