From the deceiving quaint outside view you would never guess that up the stairs you would be greeted by a charming and warm two bedroom apartment! The living room is at the top of the stairs with an enormous 45 inch flat screen smart tv and reclining lounge chair. Skylight windows brighten up the room and let in natural light adding to the warm open feeling in a contradictory small space. Past the living room is a bathroom with shower/bath. The bathroom has a door to the master bedroom which has a king size bed. White linens, wood furniture, and natural light from the windows makes the space seem clean, inviting and fresh. Two closets and another flat screen tv are also in the main bedroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a dresser, and full wardrobe. It also has a flat screen tv of its own for privacy from the rest of the house to relax. The kitchen is just around the corner which has all up to date appliances including a front loading washer and dryer. Full oven and dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink and plenty of storage.

Hardwood floors are throughout the home and many windows brighten up the space with natural light. Each room has a ceiling fan and many lighting options.   Overall a very good experience. A couple of things could be improved. The beds in the smaller bedroom had box springs that were noisy and uncomfortable and the TV in the living room needs a roku stick. But the area was very nice. Great access to all the downtown Savannah attractions.

  We had a great time in Savannah! The property is in a great location to see the city. The instructions for checking in and out were easy to follow. Our only complaints with the property are that the AC struggled to keep up in the summer heat and the tv in the living room wouldn’t connect to any tv provider. Undecided if we would stay here again.

  We had a girls reunion trip. This house was the perfect location! Not in the middle of chaos, but close enough to walk everywhere. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a weekend trip. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress. It was very LOUD and disturbed me and my roommate! There was only one makeup remover towel. It was clear that we would be charged if makeup was on the white towels. The house needs more black towels of this is an issue.

  We wanted to be close to the river and this place is very convenient. It is walking distance from grocery, food and some key interest points of the Savannah area. To be honest the location is just perfect far enough away from the crowd and noise but close enough to be a part of it. Drawback was internet outage over and over, the tv in the living room isn’t too smart, and the beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side.

  All was fine and as advertised. No view but just a short walk to the beach. Chuck, the gate guard, was a hoot. The place was nice and quiet except the refrigerator must be on its last leg - sounded like a washer on spin cycle all the time.

  We enjoyed the apartment. It would have been nice if the internet were available. Because it was not available, the television did not work. The beds were rather noisy to sit on, roll over and get up. We loved the location as it was very close to the end of the road race. It rained all weekend so we didn’t have an opportunity to ride the bikes. We would have loved to do that.

  We had to move after 1 night on Jones Street to 704 Abercorn because of a water leak at the first place. It wasn't as beautiful an area but was very convenient and comfortable. The kitchen was great and we had a private carport which was super convenient.

  El apartamento es mucho más pequeño que lo que se puede apreciar en la fotos. Está en el segundo nivel de una lavandería. Dicho eso puedo decir si temor a equivocarme que es una de las mejores opciones en el lugar. Está a una cuadra del parque más grande de Savannah, a una cuadra de un supermercado y a 10 minutos del área comercial. La ubicación es simplemente genial. Muy limpio el lugar, muy bonita la decoración, todo funciona.

  While we had a different stay than planned when arriving to Savannah, one person was in a wreck on the way to Savannah, our stay at 704 Abercorn was perfect. Everything was just as described. The Apartment was clean and inviting and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to walk to parks, restaurants etc. We never heard any noise from the dry cleaners below.
  Since my husband was admitted to the Savannah Memorial hospital I travelled back and forth each day and it was an easy close drive there and back. We would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was easy.

  Don’t be deceived when you get there, it’s nothing like what it looks from the outside. The apartment is on top of a laundry but it is so cute and very functional! Close to everything you want to see, it even has the supermarket at walking distance. We had a really good time and got a great place to rest after. Will definitely be back!

  We had 4 adults and we walked everywhere. It’s a mile from River Street and you walk through the squares on the way. I would not put 6 people in this place since it only has one bathroom. It’s above a dry cleaner or laundry service which didn’t bother us since they were closed on the weekends. The shower is not for anyone over 5-10 but my 6-1 bf managed. Clarys is a great breakfast place a few blocks down. Kitchen has everything you need but we didn’t use it. Overall, great location and free parking.
