  We were a party of just two, so had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park and the free trolley pick-up point. There is a grocery a few blocks away. There was only one parking spot, OK for us, but guess if you had several couples it could be an issue. There did seem to be street parking. The neighborhood looked OK if you need to park on the street. Only issue we had was that when we arrived early we called to see if it was OK to go ahead and park there, but no one ever returned our call. Other than that we had no issues and would be happy to book again.

  The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Gwinnett street is loud with noisy traffic throughout the night and day. I brought ear plugs. A little too far to walk to River Street (40 minutes) so we just took an Uber. Finding street parking in front of the house was easy for our extra cars. The backyard was super cute.

  The entire house was spotless and VERY comfortable. Perfect location for sightseeing and walkability. Street parking was free in front of the house and 1 space behind the house as well. Convenient!

  The property was fantastic! Very clean, spacious, all the conveniences of home. Three of us didn't come close to using everything this home had to offer such as the outdoor patio with a grill and all the kitchen utensils.

  We booked a charming century old home for our vacation with our former neighbor. It was completely updated inside and out. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and the open layout was an added plus. This gem was located within walking distance to the grocery store, an awesome local coffee shop, and Forsyth Park. It was well maintained and clean. The rental company was a little slow in addressing the issue with the master bath toilet. However, that was the only issue. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and family and return again myself!

  This was such a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully updated and well appointed with the everyday necessities. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to provide a meal of any size. The house is clean and very comfortable as well. Be aware that, if you’re staying in the master bedroom, you will hear quite a bit of traffic pretty early in the morning but it wasn’t a problem for the other bedrooms. The house is centrally located and there is a Kroger and a darling coffee shop (Mate Factor) about a block away. The blueberry scones are wonderful!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we return.

  The house has been gorgeously updated and I was very pleased with every aspect of the property. River Street is a walkable distance until you've had several adult beverages. If the owner resolved the issues with the electronic locks, this would have been a flawless experience. I can see someone of an older generation having more difficulty and being unable to operate the locks at all.
