Our housekeeping Team is working hard to provide excellent service you and your family.   The perfect place to stay in the Southern Historical District of town. Walkable to most places, from the river to Forsyth Park. Ensconced in treelined streets and green pocket-parks, this spacious spot was an anchor for our outings. The rental staff was responsive to our needs and helpful with suggestions. Great to have laundry facilities available. The kitchen was a bit crammed for cooking but spent most dinners out in various areas of town. Located on the 3rd floor, not wheelchair-accessible. But coming from NYC, we are used to carrying luggage up walk-ups. Hope to stay here again when next in the creative and friendly city of Savannah!

  I was in town for work and spent 6 months here. It is a beautiful historic building in a fabulous part of town. Easy to walk anywhere. Parking was easy at the end of the day and free on weekends. Not every block was like that, so it was perfect. My only "complaints" are perhaps to get a chest of drawers & summer covers for the fireplace.
  Kason was amazing in facilitating anything that needed to be worked on in the apartment. I really loved it. I hope to stay there again if I come back to Savannah to work. My little home away from home.

  We had a wonderful long weekend staying in this rental in Savannah. Everything was as described but the bed. The bed needs a new mattress. Also there are 2 sets of stairs to the apartment, so if you have knee problems, just a heads up. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay.

  The very best street in the historic district! Our apartment was filled with sunshine and light- high on the 3rd floor - it felt like a tree house retreat.   Home was located in the historic district and for home being 163 years old it was in good shape. Only big concern I had was there was no indication that the unit was on the forth floor of building until you received the check in instructions a couple of days before the stay. Stairs only. While this didn’t pose a problem for us it doesn't meet ADA requirements. If you have any health issues that would prevent you climbing lots of stairs please be aware. TV didn’t work and WiFi was spotty. Management was responsive to these issues but not resolved completely while we were there.

  The stay on Jones street was wonderful. I would recommend to others. Apartment was neat and clean, the toiletries were nice and useful and we had more than 1 towel for the week. (That was a huge concern for me.) The kitchen was function, but really not used.
  I would recommend placing a desk in the apartment for those who needed to work on a computer and for dining. I missed a clock on my bedside table. but those are minor things.
  Stay and enjoy!!!!!!
