The beautifully decorated two bedroom one and a half bath town home is located just a of blocks from Forsyth Park, The Bardo, and Clarys Cafe. This recently updated 2 story fully furnished townhouse is located in one of the historic district’s most desirable areas. The large foyer takes you down the hall into a large living room with double doors that lead you into a large dining room then into a kitchen that is located in the back of the home. The back door leads out to a new deck and courtyard where you can enjoy the beautiful Savannah weather! Upstairs you will find two very large master bedrooms with a beautiful new bathroom that has a large walk-in shower.

  This rental was located in the perfect area for walking to everything. The park is two blocks away and we were right by where the St. Patty's Day Parade started. A Kroger store is right around the corner making it very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and met some very nice neighbors. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our month stay. Beds were very comfy. Having an off street parking spot was great. Would rent this place again.

  The location of 212 E Bolton cannot be stressed how incredible it is! Literally a two minute walk from Forsyth, exactly halfway between Starland and Broughton and with a Kroger right around the corner you have all your needs taken care of right at your doorstep in a quite enough little street.
  
  However, for the price of this rental - my only negative point would be that the furniture, decorations, and condition of the house in general was something to be desired. That and it could have been more clean and organized. Found a box of used vapes in the back of one of the kitchen cabinets for example. Was pretty disappointed there, but this is the only thing I can fault the property for, and frankly is something that is potentially easily fixed.
  
  Other than that I cannot complain at all and had a GREAT time staying there for the 3 months that I did and would have stayed longer if I hadn't had found my house here in Savannah! Also, Cora Bett was a breeze to work with and made the process incredibly easy, so huge thank you to them (Kason specifically)!
