Historic District Jones Street Studio-Downtown Savannah!

Are you looking for a hauntingly beautiful vacation in Savannah? Skip the hotels and stay at our East Jones Street Studio in the heart of the historic district. Be in the middle of everything. Right across the street from Clary's (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), you're steps away from the Mercer House, SCAD and The Cathedral of St. John. This place is for those looking to get away, escape life for a while and get swept away by the Spanish Moss in the old oak trees.

You'll have an entire studio to yourself. It has it's own entrance through the gate to the right of the house (not the main entrance up the steps). From there, there's a shared patio you can sit and hang out at your leisure. There's a washer and dryer you're more than welcome to use. On your down time, please enjoy the roku streaming channels and wifi. There is free street parking outside of the condo, just please be aware of street cleaning signs to avoid any parking tickets. There is also a pull out sofa with a twin mattress if you prefer separate beds!

25 Minute drive to Tybee!

If you don't feel like walking, or need to go just little further to River Street, you can easily flag down a Pedicab for a quick and pleasant ride to your destination. Also available is the free Downtowner (its a local Uber paid for by the City)!

This is truly one of the best locations in the city, and after staying here you will feel like a true Savannahian.

Our housekeeping Team is working hard to provide excellent service you and your family. We are following all CDC Guidelines for cleaning, and doing regular deep cleans for every one of our properties.   I was in Savannah for a conference and the location was fantastic, everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and functional. A much for comfortable and spacious option than a hotel. The light switches were a little confusing - many didn't seem to do anything. As an added bonus on street parking was free in this area, just mind the street cleaning signs.

  Nice place. We spent much of our time outside but we were very disappointed when it came time to watch TV, especially since we could not see any of the football games. We believe the TV should at least have network TV. Dishwasher not working but there was a note letting us know. Noise upstairs but we got used to it.

  This spot is perfectly located to walk everywhere. And there is not nicer street than Jones Street. Only 100 steps to the best breakfast in town. Clean, Neat. Easy. Beware though. The sign says you can park for free except Friday. I got a ticket on Tuesday.

  This little studio is perfect for 1-2 people. It was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. I was in Savannah working for 2 weeks, having a washer and dryer was awesome!
  Location was great, within walking distance of great places to eat, coffee in the courtyard was nice.
  Only negative thing I can say is it was a bit noisy overhead when people stayed that had children running around all the time.
  Really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

It had everything we needed during our stay. The one downside is the dryer makes a loud buzzing noise when it runs, so I wouldn’t recommend running it at night. Absolutely loved this quaint studio.   We had a lovely spring break in Savannah. 208 E Jones is quaint and picturesque, and also close to all of the action. Clary's restaurant was a great breakfast locale to start the day. Bus stops were nearby if you wanted to take advantage of this convenient way to see the city. Checking in and out was easy with the use of a lockbox. I was pleasantly surprised to find amenities like a hair dryer and an iron. Minor suggestion: bathtub/shower needs an anti-slip mat or appliques because it was a little slippery.

  We arrived late in the evening and found a parking space on the street immediately in front of the building.
  
  Everything inside was clean, tidy, and cool (the A/C was great).
  
  The property was a perfect size for the two of us.
  
  The location is great too - an easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Savannah. When we occasionally drove somewhere, we returned to find convenient parking.
  
  The patio outside the unit's door was lovely. It was shared with other units, but we were the only ones there the two times we had breakfast on it.
  
  Communication from the host was perfect and check in and out went smoothly. Overall, it really was everything we wanted.
  
  One tip: an email from the host says 'The lockbox is on the front door' - that's the front door to the unit, not the front door to the entire building. The unit's front door (and the unit itself) are on the right hand side of the building.
  
  So, go enjoy the unit and Savannah - you'll like it!

  We were so thrilled to find a vacation rental in the heart of all the things but not quite in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This studio apt fit the bill! It was cute and clean and the location is AMAZING! We did not move our car the whole time. We were able to park for free right in front of the house and we walked everywhere! Everything was exactly as described, the company was wonderful to work with and I 100% recommend this property and would stay here again myself!
