  Overall, the check in process was very simple. Everything was laid out clear in the multiple emails that came prior to the stay. The space was clean and a large area. The only downfall was the bathroom. The toilet and sink are horrible for multiple people. There should be more storage hooks and storage in the bathroom for belongings.

  While this VRBO was very accommodating, some items need to be addressed. I realize that older homes have restrictions on how much can be remodeled, but the description of this property needs to be updated to accurately show what a guest is expected to see when they arrive. Yes, the bedroom and living room are VERY spacious, and the furniture is comfortable, but the bathroom is laughable. What plumber would suggest to put an elongated toilet in an incredibly small space? Our knees touched the wall when using it. This should be explained in the VRBO description, especially for guests with longer legs. It was NOT comfortable and disappointing. The location is great, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Not a far walk from the riverfront either. The windows in this building seemed original and do not keep out the sounds of the city. We could hear conversations on the sidewalks outside. Previous reviews did mention the noise, but it was nosier than I expected. The Property Management was GREAT. Correspondence after reservations were made was good. They responded quickly to our requests and even let us stay an additional night to avoid the impact of the hurricane. Their app also gives all the info you'll need. I'm leaving these comments so future guests can be prepared. I would rather know up front and make an informed decision on my stay, than to be unexpectedly surprised/disappointed when I arrive.

  Overall a great place to stay while in Savannah, close to all the things! The parking pass for nearby parking deck was very convenient and makes the logisitics much easier. Only downside was how close this was to a main street, lots of noise can be heard (fire trucks, pedestrians, etc..)

  Very cute place in a perfect location, less than half a mile from everything in the historic district. The bathroom is very tiny and may be uncomfortable for taller people. There is street noise at night, which is the case everywhere downtown, but we got earplugs from the CVS across the street and were just fine

  Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and was in a great location. My only complaint is that one of the doors did not have a door knob so you can see into the bedroom from the hallway. Additionally, be prepared to be able to hear everything on the street, there is no sound proofing, but I imagine that is because the building is older so just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The apartment came with one parking pass which was perfect, and the garage is only 1 block away. This is the perfect location and spot for a few days in Savannah. We had a blast!!

  We loved the ambiance of the apartment. It was a great location for us, allowing us to walk to all of our points of interest. The dining, shopping, and sightseeing were all within walking distance. Thank you for the parking pass. We did not need our car the 3 days we were there. The property was as described, and well maintained and clean.

  Fantastic location - within walking distance to everything. Was a little hard to find at night as our GPS dropped us off a block early and the address is not lit but we made it. With the great location comes traffic so road noise was a tad loud - we had ear plugs to sleep with so wasn't an issue for us. The property itself was great - big, bright, clean - loved it all. Bathroom is super small but they made the best with the space they had. Trolley stop was right around the corner and the parking garage is just one block away and with the pass provided is another bonus! Would most definitely stay here again without question.
