  We arrived late and had trouble locating parking. There is not dedicated parking. Parking information needs to be included in the welcome email that is sent. We were hoping to utilize the pull out sofa but it was not cleaned (dirty sheets with stains and dirt) and it was broken. When we pulled the couch out for bed, there were food wrappers and dirty pillow cases wadded up in the bed. It had not been swept before we arrived. The area was okay but would not recommend for a family with children. Overall, it was okay and it was satisfactory for what it cost.
